Privacy policy

1. What this covers

This policy covers the public website at axisdigital.ai and the contact form on it. Each product we build and run has its own privacy policy, including the Axis platform at wbu.axisdigital.ai, and client products are governed by their own terms.

2. What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, company, phone number and message you type, the subject you choose, the page you sent it from and how long the form was open (to filter automated submissions). When you visit the site our web server records standard access logs: the address of the request, the page, the time, the browser type and the referring page.

We do not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts on this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files.

3. How we use it

Contact form submissions are used to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare for that work. Access logs are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone outside Axis Digital except the service providers that host our servers and deliver our email.

4. Retention

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards. Access logs are rotated and deleted within 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@axisdigital.ai and we will confirm within 30 days with a dated record of what was done.

6. Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Our products set the cookies they need to sign you in, and say so in their own policies.

7. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle contact information will be sent to the address you gave us.
