1. What this covers
These terms cover your use of the public website at axisdigital.ai. Use of any product we build or run, including the Axis platform, is governed by that product's own terms (for Axis, see wbu.axisdigital.ai). Client engagements are governed by a written agreement between us.
2. Information on this site
Case studies describe products as they were on the date stated on the page. Numbers are taken from live systems on that date and will have changed since. Nothing on this site is an offer; prices and scope are agreed in writing after discovery.
3. Third-party products and marks
Wild Birds Unlimited, ERPLY, QuickBooks, Stripe, ShipStation and other names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe what our software connects to. Some products shown are owned by our clients or by separate companies we work with; the descriptions are ours, and any errors in them are ours.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, do not attempt to access parts of this site or our systems that are not public, and do not scrape the site at a rate that affects other visitors.
5. No warranty
This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available and make no promise that it is either.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Axis Digital is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to the agreements that govern our products or client work.
