Services

What we build, and keep running.

Four kinds of work. Each one comes with hosting, monitoring and support, because software that nobody runs stops working.

01

Business platforms

Operations software for businesses with several locations, teams or tenants. The kind of system that replaces a dozen spreadsheets and the person who knows how they fit together.

  • Sales and analytics: daily close, store performance, goals, forecasts.
  • Inventory and procurement: stock snapshots, weeks of cover, reorder, supplier catalogs and purchase orders.
  • Finance: bank and accounting reconciliation, cash-flow forecasting, invoices and payments, sales tax.
  • People: scheduling, time clock, hiring, training, incentives.
  • Multi-tenant from day one: per-account configuration, role-based access, data isolation at the query level.

02

Commerce and portals

Online stores and the back office behind them. Consumer checkout and wholesale ordering from the same catalog, with the money and the shipments reconciled automatically.

  • Storefront: catalog, cart, Stripe checkout, customer accounts, order history, subscriptions.
  • B2B portal: retailer accounts, wholesale price lists, net terms, bulk ordering.
  • Fulfilment: ShipStation and carrier integration, tracking, returns.
  • Accounting: orders and invoices posted to QuickBooks Online with an audit of every mismatch.
  • Marketing: email campaigns, segmentation, abandoned-cart recovery.

03

SaaS and consumer products

Products with sign-up, billing and users you have never met. We have shipped free tiers, Stripe subscriptions, video pipelines, live maps and mobile companions, and we know which parts take the time.

  • Accounts and billing: free and paid plans, Stripe subscriptions, customer portal, dunning.
  • Media: in-browser recording, resumable uploads, transcoding, branded video.
  • Data products: live maps, alerts, TV and kiosk displays.
  • Mobile: Android apps and installable web apps that share the backend.
  • Growth: onboarding email series, usage tracking, campaign pages.

Integrations and automation

Most of the value in business software is in the seams between systems. We build two-way sync with reconciliation, so the numbers in one system can be trusted to match the other, and automation that runs on a schedule without anyone remembering to run it.

Point of sale and retail

ERPLY (sales, inventory, products, price lists, purchase orders, clock-ins), Stripe Terminal, barcode and label printing.

Accounting and banking

QuickBooks Online (bills, invoices, payments, classes per location, bank-feed matching), Stripe payouts, bank statement import.

Shipping and addresses

ShipStation, USPS, UPS and FedEx rates and labels, Smarty address validation, EDDM route data.

Suppliers

Supplier price lists by website scraping, CSV import or API feed; cart sync; price-variance reconciliation; automated reorder.

In-store and communication

Digital signage on connected TVs, email delivery and inbound email parsing, SMS, push notifications, Chrome extension.

AI and language models

Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini for document extraction, summaries, drafting and assistants, with aggregation before the prompt and per-tenant gates.

Smaller things we do well.

Marketing and nonprofit sites

Fast static sites with one clear call to action, forms that go somewhere, and no monthly page-builder fee. Examples →

Internal tools and dashboards

The admin screens, reports and alerts a team actually needs, built on the data it already has.

Taking over an existing system

We will read what you have, write down what it does, put monitoring on it, and then improve it. Rewrites are the last resort, not the first.

Engagement model

Three ways to work with us.

Every engagement starts with a paid discovery week that ends in a written scope. After that, you choose how we continue.

Build

Fixed scope, fixed price

A defined product or feature set, delivered to a written scope with a price agreed before we start. You own the code and the accounts.

  • Discovery week included
  • Daily deploys to a staging site you can use
  • Documentation and handover
  • 30 days of fixes after launch

Partner

Revenue share

For products we believe in, we will build and run them for a share of revenue instead of a fee. Rare, and only after discovery.

  • Everything in Build and run
  • Product and pricing input
  • Shared upside, shared risk
